How do I get the latest version of Tobyfit server on remote grid resources?

The most recent versions of the server software report the SVN version number when a job is run. If you submit a job to a grid host, such as ngs.rl.ac.uk, and then select the output file you should see the lines:

Tobyfit Server: Using 2 processors
SVN version number: 203

Older versions of the software do not report this number, but may still be fully adequate. To update your NGS nodes and, if you access to it, scarf, to the latest version of the software follow the instructions on the Tobyfit server installation page. Only a single version number is used for the whole repository, so changes to the GUI will increment the version number while the server code is not changed.
